GO Online is a complete and secure online experience to make it quick, easy, and convenient for you to schedule an appointment, complete paperwork, pay your bill and access images. No username or password is required so it’s a quick and easy process and there’s nothing to remember.

How do I access GO Online?
GO Online is a cloud-based platform that does not require a user ID or Password. By opting-in you will receive a personalized access link by email or text to schedule appointments, complete paper work and check-in 36 hours before your exam.

I didn’t receive my personalized access link, what do I do?
To receive your personalized access link, please make sure you have opted-in for email or text communication.
How do I reschedule an exam that I scheduled through GO Online?

Can I pay my bill online?
Absolutely! Your online payment portal will be available 30 days after your exam. All you need to access the online payment portal is your patient ID located on your statement and a valid credit or debit card.

Why do I receive email and text notifications?
We are committed to keeping you informed without interrupting your busy schedule. Email or text notifications will be sent to:
- Confirm your appointment date, time and location
- To complete your paper work online
- Check-in up to 36 hours before your imaging exam
